TalQ trainers have been selected not only for their teaching skills, but also for their ability to adapt to the objectives and motivate the participants, thus making learning fun and lasting.

Our instructors follow an initial training to our specific teaching method U-TalQ and get coaching and support from senior teachers during the preparation of the first courses.

They are involved in an ongoing process of performance evaluation and participate in educational meetings with our coordination team.
